Below is the draft agenda for this Sunday’s Annual General Meeting. Conference attendees are welcome to request additional items to myself in person by Saturday afternoon, and printed copies of the final agenda complete with relevant appendices will be available at the meeting.

Proposed Constitutional Amendments

• The inclusion of a standard NaSTA Awards logo
• The standard awards categories in Appendix 1
• The inclusion of the NaSTA awards entry criteria into the constitution (currently set each year by the host station)
• Inclusion of Appendix 2 with NaSTA Awards rules
• Review of electoral process as currently outlined in constitution, including hustings
• Correction of omitted appendices in constitution
• Overall review of constitution

Proposed Discussions

• Exec Election Nominations – lack of email notification to affiliated stations
• Spring 2011 NaSTA Project – specifics of the next NaSTA collaborative project
• NaSTA & Channel 6 – “We believe the NaSTA exec should be mandated to represent student television in the consultation process of government plans for Local TV”
