Governance, Constitution and Elections

The NaSTA Constitution and Policy Document are constantly evolving after each General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting is held on the last day of the NaSTA Awards and Conference every year and Online General Meetings can be called at anytime by 50% of the NaSTA Executive, by a motion at another General Meeting or if a petition is presented to the Returning Officer and is signed by a third of the member stations. The current documents are up to date as of Monday 12th June.

Governing Documents

The Constitution is updated after every General Meeting and is kept by the Returning Officers. Changes can be made to the document by any member of NaSTA by proposing motions during the period where motions are being accepted for an upcoming General Meeting. All motions must be seconded by another member of NaSTA. The proposal will then be voted on at the meeting and if passed, by instated into the constitution.
