01 May Gain TV experience with National Film & Television School
Calling all budding production runners! NaSTA have teamed up with the National Film and Television School to offer five of you the chance to work as runners on a series of television entertainment multi-camera shows made by students on the NFTS Directing and Producing Television Entertainment MA in June (one runner opportunity per show).
The work is on a voluntary-basis, but it is a great opportunity to get two days of hands on experience as a runner in a professional-standard TV studio located in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire (25 mins outside London). The cost of some of your expenses will be paid for (i.e. travel and accommodation) depending on where you live. You will also get the chance to discuss your future career goals with David G Croft, an award winning television director who has directed some of the best known entertainment programmes of the last 25 years such as the Crystal Maze, Top of the Pops and Shooting Stars.
You must be committed to working in television entertainment. To apply we’d like no more than 200 words on why you want to work in television entertainment and another 200 words on an original television entertainment format (not drama, fiction or documentary). Please send applications via the form below…

Monday 11th June – Tuesday 12th June
Thurs 14th – Fri 15th June
